Self-payment rates:
- Initial Physical therapy Evaluation – $110.00
- Follow-up physical therapy session (60 minutes) – $90.00
- Follow-up physical therapy session (30 minutes) – $60.00
Treatment will include a combination of therapies and services listed on our website.
Equipment and supplies are not included in these fees. Rates are subject to change without notification. Please contact us for our most current self-pay rates. Contact your health insurance carrier to determine the out-of-pocket expenses associated with physical therapy services under your plan. Copayments are due at the time of your visit.
